WGL3-150 Water jet guided laser machine

Compared to traditional laser processing, water jet guided laser processing does not require focusing, has almost no thermal damage to the workpiece, almost no taper in the profile, good surface quality of the cutting surface, and low workpiece loss. 

Main Frame

The main body of the bed adopts a marble tabletop, and the X/Y axes use linear motors. The rotating axis is optional, and the coupling head for coupling water and light is fixed on the Z-axis. 

Auxiliary Cabinet

The auxiliary cabinet is mainly composed of a pure water machine, a booster pump, and a laser. The pure water machine provides ultrapure water, the booster pump boosts the ultrapure water to 10-50 MPa, and the laser provides energy source for processing. 

Automation system

Multiple automated auxiliary systems are also standard configurated in WGL3-150, including micrometer level CCD alignment system, water-jet direction automatic correction device, and laser power detection system.
