Water jet guided laser equipment from different company will have different result.
Anyway, If you use water jet guided laser to cut diamond 7*24 hours a day,
We could get a roughly, average number for reference only.
laser 3 kw, chiller 3 kw, bed 3 kw, pump 2kw
About 0.8 L/Min when cutting
In most cases, less than 2 L/H
Cosumables need to change periodically
depends on the flow of water
depends on the power of laser
pump in the laser need to be change yearly
depends on the power of laser
The result will be difference, for the diversity in the price of electricity, helium, exchange rate, operation details and so on.
Please reach us at info@watlaser.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
It depends on the power of the laser, diamter of the nozzle, and the accuracy of coupling.
As the lifetime of nozzle matters, Watlaser make the nozzle by ourselves, and develop patented coupling tech.
When cutting diamond, the nozzle have to endure the worst environment, if you buy a Watlaser machinery, it needs to be changed roughly every month.
When cutting metals, the lifetime of nozzle will extend.
In Watlaser's lab, when cutting pieces whose depth is less than 3 mm, we could reduce the helium flow rate, at the same time, we will probabaly get a worse cutting surface, so it's a dilemma.
Anyway, you could send your sample to us, we'll try to find the balance for you.
when cutting diamond, solid laser is adopted, which need to change pump yearly; when cutting metal like aluminum, fiber laser could be adopted, which need no pump changing.
It depends.
If a fiber laser is applied in your equipment, there is almost no need to change the fiber.
If a solid laser is applied in your equipment, the power of the laser determin the frequency of changing fiber.
