History

For small-sized diamonds, nanosecond laser processing is generally used. As the size of synthetic diamonds increases, the disadvantages of traditional nanosecond laser processing, such as low efficiency and high loss, become increasingly apparent. 

Water Jet Guided Laser

Thanks to SYNOVA, who invented Water jet guided laser,  this new tech can achieve high efficiency and low loss precision machining of diamond by confining the laser in a water column. 

Watlaser

The water jet guided laser technology independently developed by Watlaser can achieve a diamond single cutting depth of 20mm+,  turn-over cut 40mm+, meanwhile, the technology of single 30mm+cutting depth is also under development.
